Everything you need to know

Is Artisan Savant a walk-in shop?

No — we are a made-to-order studio, not a walk-in florist. Every arrangement is created specifically for you, which means fresher flowers and a far more considered result than anything held in stock. Orders are taken Tuesday to Saturday.

How does The Orangery Registry work?

You add your name to the Registry and each month receive a note about that month's bouquet before it is made available. You then confirm your order there is no obligation to take every month. You can pause or leave the Registry at any time with no fuss.

Will my bouquet look exactly like the image shown?

Flowers are seasonal and every stem is individual, so small natural variations occur. The overall colour palette, style, and character of each bouquet will match what is shown. We never substitute the hero flower of the month.

Can I order a bouquet as a gift?

Absolutely. A handwritten message card is included with every gift order. You can specify delivery or collection, and we will ensure the presentation is gift-ready. You can also gift a place on The Orangery Registry, please get in touch to arrange this.

Do you offer delivery?

Local delivery within Suffolk is available. Collection from our studio is always welcome. Please contact us to discuss delivery options for your area before placing your order.

Can I order flowers for my home, office, or showroom on an ongoing basis?

Yes — this is one of the things we love doing most. Whether you'd like a monthly arrangement for a home interior, a weekly display for a business space, or seasonal installations for a showroom, we'd be delighted to discuss a bespoke arrangement with you.
